I had a great time working on Exponent's diversity and inclusion social initiative, where I had the opportunity to explore and develop a unique theme. My concept for this initiative involved blending Exponent's modern design style with the theme of each specific diversity day. I envisioned the Exponent's signature "X" symbolizing the company, with each diverse group represented within it.
